Has anyone taken notice of the Katrina salvaged shopping carts that Winn Dixie has dumped into our community store? Jefferson Parish locations have sparkling new carts. It appears that we've gotten those salvaged from the flooded stores from various parts of the GNO. Does our business mean anything to them? Next time you visit Winn Dixie, (if you must), let the manager on duty know that we don't appreciate having to place our groceries in salvaged carts when other communities ouside of Orleans has new carts! Or you can just cross Gen. DeGaulle and use the newly purchased carts at Sav-a-Center.
